Photoshoot Guidelines
To ensure everything goes smoothly before, during and after the photoshoot, please review our photoshoot guidelines below.
The terms

You understand that the photos taken during the photoshoot will be used for advertisement and listing purposes on the Elev’s Platform and Social Media Accounts. If you wish to use the photos for any other purposes, please contact our team prior to your photoshoot appointment to discuss alternatives.

You must create an account on the Elev Platform and list your property in order to receive your photos. The photos will then be directly uploaded to your listing by our team of experts and will not be shared via other means, unless approved by Elev prior to your photoshoot appointment.

The procedures in place are to streamline the appointment process, save you time, and allow for our photographers to attend all appointments on time without being delayed. You understand and agree to complete the following checklist BEFORE your photographer & guide arrives on site. This will help to speed up the process and get you the best results for your photoshoot.
Pre-photoshoot checklist

Throughout the property:

Turn on all lights and lamps, ensure all your light bulbs are working.

Open all window coverings, blinds and curtains.

Clean the space.
-
Declutter, put away all unnecessary items.

Arrange the necessary neatly.

Front Entrance:
-
Remove extra footwear.
-
Clear path.
-
Organize closets.
-

Kitchen:
-
Wipe appliances surfaces.
-

Bedrooms:
-
Make the beds.
-
Organize closets.
-

Laundry Areas:
-
Remove any active laundry baskets.

Bathrooms:
-
Open up shower curtains.
-
Have the toilet seat down.

Arrange the toilet paper neatly.

Ensure mirrors are spot-free.

Remove all items from the back of doors and counters.
During the photoshoot

You'll be present for the photoshoot and will be waiting for the Elev team in front of the property.

There will be two Elev team members present on your property for the duration of the appointment. You will be provided with a guide that can elaborate on the Elev platform and guide you through our processes and a photographer to conduct a professional photoshoot.
What to expect after
Our photographers will sort, edit and upload the photos taken to your Elev
listing within 1-2 weeks. You will be notified via email when the photos have been
added to your account.
