Understanding that your time is precious and your properties are your pride, we've streamlined our platform to ensure you can showcase your rentals with ease and get back to what you do best—providing exceptional housing for students. Read on to discover how the listing your property has improved!
Basement Entrance
If you have a basement property, you'll be prompted to select if your entrance is private, semi private or shared. This allows the student to know how private and accessible their space is.
Available parking: Free or Paid?
You can now specify exactly what kind of parking is available.
Does the host live on the premises?
This is a frequent question we received from students. Now you can let students know if they'll be living alone or with the host.
Additional rules
Shown above, the rules added here will also appear on the lease and are specific to your property and living arrangement. Examples include: rules about utilities, visitors, shared spaces…
Property name generator
You can choose to generate a property name that will be based on your listing details. We recommend you edit the property name by adding your neighborhood to the property name. Feel free to make other changes as needed!
Edit property details before your listing goes live
Now you can review your new listing before you submit it. If you're not ready to list it yet, save the listing to submit at a future time!
